Ayer estuve en una conferencia dictada por Yunus, en la cual nos contó cómo y por qué surgió el Banco de los Pobres - Grameen Bank-. Resultó interesante conocer a través de su fundador tan noble institución, como también plantear tan claramente lo contradictorio que es la realidad con la teoría económica. Asimismo descubrir que las actividades del Banco, no es sólo el microcrédito, sino que han surgido interesantes propuestas para superar la pobreza. Y una de las últimas cosas que me quedó fue lo fácil que es subvalorar a tantas personas, sólo por su condición socioeconómica. Esto finalmente redunda en una débil democracia, muchas veces olvidamos que la democracia tiene, dentro de sus derechos, los políticos, sociales y civiles. Hoy me he dedicado a trabajar, he estudiado para mi tesis, y ahora me dispongo a trabajar en la ayudantía, aunque conversé con mi compañero quien me dijo que las pruebas estaban más bien malas. Critica puesto que sostiene que el matrimonio es un derecho garantizado por la Constitución, en consecuencia no hay cabida para una diferenciación entre unión civil y matrimonio. Esto, claro está, es una visión estadounidense, puesto que cada país tiene una Constitución diferente, por lo tanto los derechos que ella resguarda son distintos.
